Cruises usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the Belmar Tiki Boat may cancel any trip up to its start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the Belmar Tiki cancels a trip, ticket-holders will be entitled to reschedule the trip, receive credit for a future trip or receive a full refund.
Public Cruises: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancelations must be requested within 48 hours. There are no refunds for no-shows
Private Cruises: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested within 7 days of the scheduled cruise. There are no refunds for no-shows.
